Thank you for choosing Skills to Cash Academy. We’re committed to delivering real value and transformation to every student. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Full Refund You are eligible for a full refund (no deductions) if Skills to Cash Academy fails to enroll you into the learning platforms (Google Classroom and WhatsApp) within 72 hours of classes commencing — meaning we failed to perform our enrollment duties after receiving your payment.
1.2 Partial Refund (Part Payment Made) If you made a part payment, have NOT been enrolled into the learning platforms, and request a refund for any reason — you will receive a refund minus a ₦4,000 processing fee.
1.3 Partial Refund (Full Payment Made) If you made full payment, have NOT been enrolled into the learning platforms, and request a refund for any reason — you will receive a refund minus a ₦10,000 processing fee.
1.4 No Refund No refund will be provided once you have been enrolled into both Google Classroom and the WhatsApp community — whether or not you have accessed any course content.
2. How to Request a Refund

2.2 Include: your full name, payment details, reason for the request, and any supporting documents.
2.3 Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet the criteria above.
2.4 Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days.
3. Payment Disputes
If you initiate a payment dispute (chargeback) without contacting us first, you may be banned from future enrollments and lose access to all course materials.
4. Policy Changes
Skills to Cash Academy reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately and will be communicated to students.
